Resonectics Micromachining Laser System. The excimer laser source is an ATLEX 300SI manufactured by ATL Lasertechnik in Germany. The system is equipped with X, Y, and rotary stages manufactured by Aerotech. The model numbers are ALS10020 for the X and Y, and ADRS for the rotary. Included but not pictured are all the cables, computer, hard copies of the original software, some new spare optics, monitor for process camera, manuals, etc...... I can send more pictures and scanned specifications from the manual if desired.
