- This was purchased Oct 2019 as something that we thought would enhance our small business. We realized that we were only using it for inside ring engraving and not to it's full potential because we are a 2 person company with not so much time to learn a new trade as it turned out. Then, the laser source failed in June 2022 and since has been replaced in January 2023 with a new power source and we have not been using it at all.
